Dato Haji Sazaly started his entrepreneurial ventures at an early stage. He is a well-respected man in the world of commerce and has been a patron to young entrepreneurs by way of guidance, motivation, and inspiration to the community.

Aside from the provision of seed funds and start-up capital, Dato Sazaly's support remains a perpetual affair, promoting the importance of growth within and beyond the organisation. He strongly believes mentoring entrepreneurs as a means of service to the community is the criteria that satisfy his ultimate goal.

Salmiza has over 30 years of experience in various industries. She started her career in the legal department in one of the biggest banks in Malaysia before moving to the newly created Islamic bank after the merger with her employer.

She had a short stint with a construction company as a project manager in 2000, and two years later she joined a company secretarial firm handling various renowned conglomerates.

She currently sits as a board member in a few multinational companies.

Dzul has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and risk management, specializing in currency & bond trading, loan syndication, private debt securities and equities before joining government linked company (GLC) and was responsible for the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework as Head of the Risk Management Committee.

Jamz Jamsari has more than 30 years of experience internationally in security and safety. He initially served with the government's special forces and INTERPOL, with assignments throughout Asia.

He then moved to the corporate world and served as Vice President, Group Security & Safety in a renowned public listed company involved in Property Development & Management, Engineering, and Real Estate. After 12 years there, he was appointed Director of Safety, Health & Security with an international five-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, managing both Security and Health & Safety Departments.

He has since left the corporate world and, upon being accredited by HRDF, he now focuses on providing health, safety, and security training to various corporate bodies.

Aimi had 10 years’ experience in the hospitality and insurance industry. A business graduate from one of the local colleges, she started her career with Prudential Takaful and since then has had experience managing various clients locally and internationally.

Shaheeran started developing his entrepreneurial skills since his youth and has been successful since then. His vibrant ideas have been instrumental in helping S&T venture into new areas and concepts.
